Charlie Singleton

In 1980, Charlie left his hometown of Tualatin, Oregon to attend the University of Arizona as a scholarship athlete (Swimming).  Majoring in Finance and Real Estate, he earned his BSBA in 1984.  Shortly after completing his college studies, he joined the Tucson office of the Phoenix based appraisal firm Burke Hansen, Inc.  With Greg D. Lee, MAI as his mentor, he soon became a proficient real estate analyst.  As a partner in the firm of Singleton and Lee since 1991, Charlie has earned a well-respected reputation serving the appraisal needs of numerous lending clients and property owners conducting business in Tucson and Yuma, Arizona. He has developed a high level of expertise in the appraisal of hospitality properties and has served many of our clients in the preparation of appraisals for office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and vacant land properties situated throughout southern Arizona.  Away from the office, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, sampling craft beers, cheering for the Wildcats, swimming for fun and fitness, and fishing in Mexico.

Chris Chandler

A native Tucsonan, Chris majored in Finance and Real Estate and in 1986 earned his BSBA from the University of Arizona.  After working for a local real estate investment group for two years, he joined the appraisal firm of Kleinman Briefer and Associates.  In 1990 he went to work for the Tucson office of the Phoenix based appraisal firm Burke Hansen Inc.  In 1992, he relocated to Reno, Nevada where he held the position of Regional Manager at the Bank of America’s Commercial Appraisal Group.  He returned to Tucson in 1997 and shortly afterwards, he rejoined Greg Lee and Charlie Singleton in private practice at their firm, Singleton and Lee.  During his lengthy career, Mr. Chandler has completed numerous appraisals and appraisal reviews involving a broad range of retail, office, industrial, and single and multi-family residential properties.  When he’s not analyzing real estate, you can find him at Himmel Park training his Labrador Retriever, spending time with family, or  wandering the earth with his Nikon hanging from his neck.
