Doing business under the name of Singleton Valuations, LLC (formerly Singleton & Lee) we have been providing commercial appraisal services since 1991.  With offices located in mid-town Tucson and in the historic district of Yuma, our appraisers and support staff work concientously and collaboratively to provide our clients with quality results and a high level of service.  In addition to offering outstanding credentials, we maintain an extensive library of market and valuation related resources and utilize current technology to produce credible analyses and well documented reports at fair and reasonable fees.  After almost 30 years of doing business, we have become part of a well established network of the area's leading brokers, property managers, investors, attorneys, CPAs, developers, bankers, business owners, and other appraisers and analysts.
